WREXHAM dug deep to secure a 1-0 win against Lincoln City at The Racecourse.
Tendayi Darikwa turned James McClean's 67th-minute shot into his own goal and that proved to be the difference as the Reds dug deep to make it two home victories in a row on the back of Saturday's 3-0 success over Exeter City and stay second in League One.
Here's how the players rated.
CALLUM BURTON: Pulled off a fantastic early save to prevent Lincoln taking the lead. 6
MAX CLEWORTH: Lincoln asked a lot of questions but Wrexham's defence held firm. 7
EOGHAN O'CONNELL: Resolute defending meant a clean sheet and another home win. 7
LEWIS BRUNT: Headed against the bar with Wrexham's best chance of the first half and made one vital clearance late on to deny Lincoln. 7
RYAN BARNETT: Put in some decent crosses from the right once more. 6
GEORGE DOBSON: More advanced midfield role and had a hand in the goal with a driving run and superb pass to McClean. 7
MATTY JAMES: A presence in front of midfield as Lincoln caused problems when they attacked. 7
OLLIE RATHBONE: Covered a lot of ground and impressed again, although Wrexham didn't play as well as they did on Saturday. 7
JAMES MCCLEAN: Got into some decent areas down the left and was rewarded with the goal which was deflected in off Tendayi Darikwa. 7
ELLIOT LEE: Playing off striker Palmer wasn't as effective as Saturday. 6
OLLIE PALMER: A lot of decisions went against Palmer who was frustrated by the officials but stuck to his task. 6
SUBSTITUTES
PAUL MULLIN: Came on for Lee and he helped see the game out. 5
ANDY CANNON: Back after suspension and fresh legs in midfield for James. 5
TOM O’CONNOR: A late substitute. 5
