PHIL PARKINSON wants an action repeat when Wrexham face Lincoln City at The Racecourse tonight.

The Reds produced a brilliant performance at home to Exeter City on Saturday and registered a 3-0 win to move up to second in League One, four points behind leaders Wycombe Wanderers.

Parkinson was delighted with the display as Wrexham bounced back from the disappointing 1-0 defeat to Stockport County the previous weekend and he is looking for his players to hit the same heights this evening when the seventh placed Imps arrive in north Wales.

“It’s going to be a great game," said the Reds' boss.

"I saw Lincoln play when we were looking at Exeter and they are a physical team. A little bit different to Exeter but we'll be ready for that.

"We'll dust the lads down, get them recovered and after Saturday's performance and getting back to winning ways, we can't wait to run out here again on Tuesday night.

"Lincoln will be a tough game like they all are but if we can get to the levels that we reached on Saturday, we'll have good chance of getting the points."

WIN A SIGNED WREXHAM SHIRT

Andy Cannon is available after serving a one-match suspension at the weekend.

Matty James and Ollie Rathbone came into the midfield against Exeter, with Elliot Lee playing in a more advanced role behind striker Ollie Palmer.

"We've got options," said Parkinson. "Andy Cannon now comes back into the frame

"He's been great for us since he's been with us, another really good player, so he comes back into the equation and we'll have a look at Matty.

"He only cramped up with 30 seconds to go and he's fine. He's a wily old head in the middle of the pitch and we'll see how he."

"Matty was what we know he is, a class player. I am really pleased for him."
