WREXHAM GLYNDWR'S women have made it back-to-back triumphs in North West Hockey League action.
The Wrexham side made it five wins for the season with their 3-0 outcome at home to Urmston in Division Two South.
Northop Hall were beaten 6-1 in their clash with Oxton.
Wrexham Glyndwr visit Macclesfield on Saturday and Hall are away to Urmston.
Turning to the men’s league and Northop Hall edged a Division Three South thriller 4-3 against Rochdale.
Hall’s seconds were pipped 2-1 by Chester Fourths in Division Five West (South), while Wrexham Glyndwr’s 3-2 reverse to Bangor City was confirmed in the final seconds.
This Saturday, Wrexham Glyndwr go to Eirias Thirds and Hall visit Rhyl & District, while Hall’s first team are away to Brooklands Manchester University Fourths.
