HOLYWELL TOWN have enjoyed some cracking clashes with Bangor 1876 over recent years and boss Johnny Haseldin is expecting more of the same this evening.
The Wellmen will head west to Bangor as they return to action, looking to maintain their spot in the top-three.
Haseldin (pictured above) said: “We have had some good games versus them since they reformed and I’m expecting the same on Friday.
“We know it’s going to be a tough game.
“They purposefully have Friday night games to have a bigger crowd, but we’ve got to make sure we’re on it.”
Holywell have won their last two matches after a testing run to return to the top-three in the standings.
“I don’t think it was a bad atmosphere. We have never doubted ourselves.
“We have got to kind of put a run together and make sure we’re more consistent.
“We have got to kind of take stock and we don’t get too far ahead of ourselves when we win, and we’re not too disappointed when we don’t.
“We have got work to do and we feel we’re in a position where we can improve.”
Colwyn Bay, who are second in the table, will be looking to maintain their fine run of form when they travel to Caersws tomorrow.
Elsewhere, Ruthin Town have home advantage versus Llandudno.
