CHESHIRE PHOENIX'S unbeaten start to the Super Basketball League season has come to an end versus familiar foes.
Meetings with London Lions over the years have turned out to be blockbuster affairs and the latest showdown was no different, with the defending league champions coming out on top 97-93.
Ben Thomas Phoenix went into the tussle after triumphing in their opening two matches.
Meanwhile, London made the trip as they looked to ride the momentum of their unbeaten start and improve their record to 5-0.
London's Michael Brisker, with 27 points, was the game's MVP. Scott-Grayson grabbed 28 points for the Phoenix.
Cheshire are next in action when they travel to Newcastle Eagles on November 29.
