SONNY JONES shone for Holywell Town U15s as he grabbed a hat-trick in a 7-0 win over Chirk in the U15s League.
Bobby Poole (2), Tristan Brown and Joseph Catt also struck in the league one encounter while in league two, Buckley Town moved level on points with leaders Cefn United after they beat Ruthin Town 3-1. Finlay Meredith, Oliver Gilburt and an own goal sealed the deal, with Kody Townson on target for Ruthin.
Broughton United bagged a first win of the campaign courtesy of their 5-3 outcome versus Llangollen, who had Leighton Edwards (2) and Valerii Samsonidze on target. Goals from Austin Bradshaw, Kai Hipkiss, Adam Roszczak, Joshua Carter and Jake Southall saw Broughton home.
Lex XI pipped Brymbo 4-3 thanks to Cai Roberts (2), Finley Duckett and Seth Oliver Tapp. Brymbo’s goals were shared by Oliver Griffiths (2) and Jack Davis.
Oliver Blower, Oliver Davies and Dylan Hughes made sure of a 3-2 success for Gresford United at Cefn United, who went close through Iwan Wills’ brace.
Borras Park Albion Yellows maintained their perfect record in league three via a 9-0 outcome over Halkyn United. Joshua Hughes’ hat-trick led the way, as Fallou Davies-Ngom (2), Iestyn Hardy (2), Fenton Darlington and Jude Williams also found the back of the net.
AFC Flint Cubs’ title push continued as they got the better of Saltney Town 2-0, with Leo Benedict Elliott bagging both.
Jamie Crewe (3), William Owen (2), Harvey Rees-Valentine and Finley Davies guided FC Gresford Athletic to a 7-0 verdict at Borras Park Albion Blues, while Aston Park Rangers beat Deeside Dragons Blaze 5-0. Ethan Trevor (2), Robert Edwards (2) and Riley Barrett shared the goals.
In the Flintshire U14s’ Blue League, Isaac Green (2), Oscar Burgon (2), Cameron Feenan and Vincent Parry made sure of a 6-1 success for Broughton United Super Saints against Aston Park Rangers, who did take the lead through Euan Jones.
It finished up honours even in a 2-2 draw between Buckley Town and Broughton United. Finlay Merrick and Brayden Dutton were Buckley’s scorers.
In the U13s’ Blue Division, leaders Buckley Town gained a 7-1 success at Bellevue, who had Tawana on target. Zac Hayes (3), Lindon Aindow, Rhys Hughes, Joshua Healey and Isaac Phillips won it for Buckley.
Second-placed Halkyn United were 7-2 winners over Connah’s Quay Town Warriors, thanks mainly to Zachary Taylor’s four-goal haul. He was joined on the scoresheet by Harvey Edwards (2) and Casper Roberts, as Jake McHugh and Morgan Humphries replied.
Doubles from Zachary Vickers, Tomos Phoenix and Oliver Clewarth played their part in Mynydd Isa Town’s 8-2 outcome against Deeside Dragons Warriors, who responded through Denver Jones and an own goal. Jayden Mills and Joseph Lang added to Isa’s tally.
Broughton United Super Saints defeated Mynydd Isa Colts 4-2 with Caylen Heeley, Joby Wild-Jones, Rohan Carter Alcock and Max Alfred Goodey on the mark. Alfie Grafton netted both for Colts.
In the Red Division, Mynydd Isa United prevailed 6-1 in their top-of-the-table encounter with Mold Alex, who had Alfie Wicketts on target. Eric Parry (2), Declan Whittam, Isaac Dodd, Mateo Lavery and an own goal sealed the deal.
Tommy Robinson, Tommy Haycock and Noah Sears shared the goals in a 4-2 success for AFC Flint at Holywell Town, whose efforts both came from Gethin Owens.
Samuel Griffiths (3) and Joshua Gooch (2) made sure of Hawarden’s 5-2 win over Saltney. Jayden Collister and Andrei Manolescu were on target for the hosts.
Olly Bennett, Jaiden Morgan, Kayden Johnson and Archie Hughes made sure of a 4-1 verdict for Connah’s Quay Town against Mold Alex Athletic, who hit back through Seth Morris.
It was all about the close contests in league two of the U16s’ section.
It finished 3-3 between Chirk Youth and Lex XI. Cameron McKay (2) and Armani Borri struck for the hosts, as Rudi Suckley (2) and Cameron Smith replied.
Mynydd Isa’s great form continued as they pipped Borras Park Albion Blues 3-2 to make it back-to-back triumphs. Jack Dougal, Alfie Smith and Cole Randles won it, with Jayden Baker and Harry Day keeping Blues interested.
Finley Aden Smith and Woody Griffiths made sure of a 2-1 win for Borras Park Albion Yellows over Rhydymwyn, who took an early lead through Ryan Brown.
U16s’ league three leaders Hope Dragons maintained their 100 per cent winning record courtesy of a 4-0 outcome at Deeside Dragons Fire. Sam Jones (2), Ryan Tilston and Oliver Keenan found the back of the net.
Rhys Golby netted a double hat-trick as Brymbo Lodge defeated Holywell Town 9-1. Logan Roberts, Liam Jones and Johnny Hall were the other scorers, with Finlay Rooke-Hart netting for Holywell.
Logan Burdsall (2), Alex Ramson, Taliesin Tayari, Harrison Webber, Iwan Evans and Dylan Furnival made sure of Buckley Town’s 7-0 success over FC Queen’s Park, while Coedpoeth United edged out Penycae 3-2 in their meeting. Dylan Power and Tom Hayward struck for Penycae, but Joshua Rimmer (2) and Jacob Dunn won it.
