THERE will be no Racecourse replay if Wrexham's FA Cup first round clash with Harrogate Town ends in a draw on Sunday.
Phil Parkinson's men, flying high in League One, take on the fourth tier Sulphurites at Wetherby Road and the tie must be played to a conclusion.
The Football Association announced its decision in April to scrap FA Cup replays from the first round onwards from the 2024-25 campaign.
If games finish level after 90 minutes, extra-time and then penalties will be required to determine a winner.
When it was announced, it drew criticism because smaller clubs drawn at home to top-tier opposition have enjoyed financial windfalls from securing replays.
