HALKYN UNITED’S big win at Deeside Dragons was enough to keep them on top of the Flintshire Junior League’s U13s Blue Division.

Mynydd Isa Town also hit double figures as Lenny Setter and Tomos Phoenix hit hat-tricks against Deeside Dragons Derwyns.

Jake Ward came off the bench to score three as Buckley Town won a derby thriller 4-3 at Mynydd Isa Colts for whom Caleb Hammond (2) and Joseph Green replied. Zac Hayes was Buckley’s other scorer.

Rohan Alcock also helped himself to a treble in Broughton Super Saints’ 5-1 win at Connah’s Quay Tigers Wanderers whose scorer was Jake McHugh. Harrison Colyer and Oscar Foden were Saints’ other marksmen.

Kinnerton Oaks top the Red Division after a 4-1 triumph at AFC Flint. Harley Tapp (2), Sam Lloyd and Alfie Marchant got the goals with Tommy Haycock hitting back.

Jack Collister (2), Lennon Williams, Freddie Roff, Jack Richardson, Archie Cheshire, Malakai Workman and Alec Wozniak earned Saltney Town an 8-2 win over Mold Alex Athletic.

Mold Alex’s other team sneaked a 3-2 win at Connah’s Quay Tigers for whom Stephen Lloyd and Alfie Quinn netted. Winning it for Alex were George Tarran (2) and Isaac Reece.

Mynydd Isa United beat Holywell Town 5-1 thanks to Finley Peters, Dylan York, Mateo Lavery, and Jacob Tasker. Charlie Poole hit back for Holywell.

In the U14s Blue Division, leaders Buckley Town Wanderers beat Broughton United Saints 6-0. Dylan Davies (2), Rhys Duncan-Timms, Tyler Davies, Charlie Wood and an own goal earned them the points.

Buckley Town Boys were also celebrating as Zac Eccles, Harley Melia and Finley Greenwood netted in a 3-0 win over Aston Park Rangers.

Broughton Super Saints’ scorers in a 4-1 win at Mynydd Isa were Jackson Evans, Oscar Burgon, Taylor Lawson and Joby Smith.

In the Red Division, Brody Hayes, Spencer Cartledge and Thomas Reynolds all hit hat-tricks in Mold Alex’s big win at AFC Flint for whom Jac Williams and Dylan Jones scored. Also on target for Alex were Archie Morgan and Francis Rimmer.
