PHIL PARKINSON is delighted with the way Wrexham have adjusted to life at a higher level but he has urged no let-up from his players.

The back-to-back promotion winners have made a fantastic start to the League One season and sit second in the table with 20 points from the opening 10 matches.

Only two points behind big-spending leaders Birmingham City, Parkinson says everyone is enjoying being back in the third tier and relishing every game but he doesn't want his side to take their foot off the gas.

"Two points per game at this stage is a good return for us," said the Reds' boss.

"It is always a test when you come up a level but we have adapted well.

"There is a lot of teams jostling for positions, there are teams who have been a bit slow to get going as well which we would expect to be up there and it is a very competitive division, but it is one we are really enjoying and embracing every game.

"There are teams below us who have got a game in hand as well but the bottom line is it is a good solid start for us and we are looking to build on that."
