CONNAH’S QUAY NOMADS are level with leaders The New Saints in the FAW North Development League.

James Hughes (2), Jayden Tang and Tyler Berry netted in a 4-1 home win over Bala Town while TNS made it five straight wins after a 5-0 success at Newtown.

Flint Town United and Airbus played out a thrilling 4-4 draw. Ben Fisher (2), Levi Morrison and George Maire were the Silkmen’s scorers as Tom Dougherty, Hugh Holland, Ieuan Jones-Wellstead and Dan Semple earned Airbus a point.

Coedpoeth United still lead the way in the North East Wales U19s League. Thomas Williams (2), Xavi Morgan and Ben Griffiths scored in a 4-0 win at Buckley Town for a sixth win on the trot.

Jayden Evans hit a last minute winner as Broughton United sneaked a 1-0 victory at Hawarden while Ryan O’Malley, Kai Hughes and Harvey Bellis netted in Rhostyllen’s 3-0 success over Brickfield Rangers.

FC Coedpoeth beat Mynydd Isa 3-1 thanks to Cavan Jones, Billie Ellis and Morgan McNeil. Thomas Hughes replied for Isa.

A 6-0 home win over Bala keeps Nomads on top in the FAW U16s Academy League. Riley Foster fired in four of the goals while Flint’s 3-1 win over Airbus put them level on points with the leaders. Aiden Calby, Joseph Hayes and Harrison Hughes scored with Stanley Edwards replying.

Airbus were 5-3 winners at Flint in the U15s League. Jake Pendlebury (2), Harri Edwards, Max Murray and Nathaniel Rakowiecki netted with Alfie Shaw (2) and Oliver Jacobs replying.

Noah Al-Dulaymi hit a hat-trick as U14s League leaders Airbus floored Flint 9-0. Jack Melia (2), Junior Kelly, Alfie Edwards, Harry Williams and Lucas Braisdell also scored.

Nomads were 2-1 winners at Bala while in the U13s League, Keyaan Roxburgh-Hayden (2), Noel Twist, Solomon Ikpa and William Harding-Pears gave Flint a 5-0 win at Airbus.

In the U12s League, Airbus edged out Flint 3-2 while Harri Davies (2), Mylo Evanson, Noah Mahib and George Reeves were Nomads’ marksmen in a 5-2 victory at Bala.
