WREXHAM GLYNDWR are just dealing in draws to open the North West Hockey League Division Five West (South) season.
Following on from a 2-2 result versus Neston Fifths, it was an identical outcome when Wrexham travelled to Chester Fourths. Jonny Miller and Nathan Samuels were on target for the visitors.
Northop Hall Seconds were pipped 2-1 at Neston Fifths, while in Division Three South, Hall’s first team lost 2-1 at Stockport Bramhall. This Saturday, Hall play host to Lymm.
Division Five West (South): Wrexham Glyndwr v Rhyl & District; Bangor City v Northop Hall 2nds.
In Division Two South of the women’s league, Wrexham Glyndwr defeated Oxton 6-0. Laudie Royle (2), Helen Roberts (2), Georgia Moores and Meg Jones got the goals.
Meanwhile, Northop Hall lost out 12-0 to Liverpool Sefton Seconds. This Saturday, Hall travel to Wrexham.
