WITH the surname Rush, Buckley Town’s Oliver was always going to know where the goal was.

The Rovers’ youngster smashed in 11 goals in a big John Moores’ U14s Cup win at Aston Park Rangers in the Flintshire Junior League.

Hawarden’s Einoras Kavaliauskas wasn’t far behind him with nine goals in a double-figure success at Mynydd Isa.

It was much tighter at Broughton United where Kinnerton Oaks won 6-5 on penalties after the tie ended 1-1. Bailey Allman got Broughton’s goal with Sonny Harrison replying.

Saltney Town and Mold Alex both enjoyed 3-0 away wins at Buckley Town Boys and AFC Flint respectively.

Theo De Costa grabbed all three for Saltney while Spencer Cartledge, Aiden Font and Gabriel Chadwick were Mold’s marksmen.

FC Nomads beat Broughton Super Saints 9-1 thanks to Alex Davies (3), Dylan-James Jones (2), William Rosney, Jacob Williams, Oliver Williams and Cian Beech-Moulton. Isaac Lovell bagged Broughton’s consolation goal.

In the North East Wales FA’s U13s Cup, Olly Bennett fired in five goals as Connah’s Quay Tigers triumphed 7-0 against Coedpoeth United Celts.

Kyle Develing and Kayden Johnson also scored while Mold Alex Athletic were 6-0 winners at FC Llay United. Joshua Badger, McKenzie Keegan and Jaiden Morgan all hit doubles.

Borras Park Albion Yellow beat hosts Broughton Super Saints 5-1 thanks to Mohammad Khalili (2), Jack Griffiths, Devon Crocombe-Hughes and Morgan Robinson-Campbell. Rohan Alcock replied for the hosts.

Gresford Athletic’s scorers in a 4-1 win at Hawarden were Harry Davies, Daniel Neal, Kian Jones and Finn Jones, as Joshua Gooch hit back.

Both games in the Flintshire Junior League’s U13s Red Division finished in 6-2 home wins.

Mold Alex beat Saltney Town thanks to Gabriel Boydell-Jones (2), Saul Kendrick, Max Cooper, George Tarran and Alfie Wicketts. Jack Collister and Archie Cheshire hit back for Saltney.

Alfie Marchant’s hat-trick led Kinnerton to victory against Mynydd Isa United. Sam Lloyd, Marcus Smith and Zavier Lloyd also netted with Dylan York bagging both for United.

Isa’s Colts’ side top the Blue Division after a 9-1 defeat of Deeside Dragons Derwyns.

Caleb Hammond (3), Morgan Walker (2), James Rivers (2), Alfie Grafton and Thomas Stages got the goals.

The Dragons’ Warriors side had no such problems as captain Denver Jones hit a hat-trick in a big win over Connah’s Quay Tigers Wanderers. Leo Latham (2), Rylee Coppack (2), Isaac Cormack (2), Jacob Simpson and Harry Booth also netted. Joseph Hitchin was the Tigers’ scorer.

Lenny Sitter bagged the only goal as Mynydd Isa Town edged out Bellevue while Buckley Town Boys beat Halkyn United 7-3 thanks to Zac Hayes (3), Joshua Healey, Ethan Phillips, Isaac Phillips and Daniel Davies. Rhys Evans (2) and Rhys Brightman hit back for Halkyn.

Cefn United are top of the Wrexham Junior League’s U14s Red Division courtesy of a 5-2 win at Coedpoeth United.

Olly Edwards and Oliver Jones both fired in four goals in Chirk’s big win over Bala while Iwan Gilpin (2) and Logan Hay earned Borras Park Albion Blues a 3-1 win at Ruabon Rovers.

Gresford Athletic lead the way in the Blue Division thanks to a 10-3 derby win over Llay United.

Ruthin Town were 7-0 winners at Queen’s Park while Borras Park Rangers beat Hope Dragons 5-3.

In the U13s Blue Division, Llangollen Reds beat their Blues team 7-5.
