CHESTER moved up to second spot in National League North thanks to their comeback 2-1 triumph at Rushall Olympic.

The hosts, who had Dempsey Arlott-John sent-off, took the lead through Luke Benbow’s penalty on the stroke of half-time.

Nathan Cameron’s own goal levelled things up and Charlie Caton’s deflected strike won it for the Blues.

It stretched the unbeaten away run to eight games and manager Calum McIntyre told Chester FC TV: “I thought we were in control.

“I don’t understand how we’ve only scored two. We’ve had a host of real clear-cut chances from open play, set plays.

“But I thought that was a really, really good away performance.”

Leaders Scunthorpe United’s unbeaten start was ended by a 1-0 loss at Scarborough.

Radcliffe, whose home game with Buxton was postponed, have announced the death of chairman Paul Hilton.
