GOALS were no issue in the Flintshire Junior U14s’ league, with a trio of teams achieving double figures.

Oliver Rush, Albert Szijarto, Dominic Roberts and Gethin Farrell shared the efforts in a victory for Buckley Town Rovers at Mynydd Isa (Samuel Napper), while Max Thomas, Marley Rigby, Daniel Aziz, Gabriel Fitan, Warner Edwards, Blake Buchanan, Oakley Wynn-Jones, Evan Stooke and Taylor Hughes helped Greenfield in their success over Broughton United Saints (Olivier Maluszynski).

There was also a big win for Hawarden at home to Aston Park Rangers, who hit back through Owen Harder (2) and Finnley Bennett. Einoras Kavaliauskas, Harry Atherton, Ryan Williams, Dylan Antrobus, Archie Jones and Alfie Taylor shared the goals for the hosts.

Cian Beech-Moulton and Devyn Johnson were the respective scorers as FC Nomads and Kinnerton Oaks played out a 1-1 draw, while Caleb Pearson, Theo de Costa and Harry McHugh confirmed Saltney Town’s 3-0 verdict versus Buckley Town.

Broughton United prevailed 4-2 in their derby with Broughton United Super Saints, thanks to goals from Jacob Carter, Lampis Tsapi, Ethan Meadowcroft and William Greenwood. Oscar Burgon and Cory Wilkinson replied.

A thriller in the U13s’ section witnessed a 4-3 outcome for Mynydd Isa Colts at Deeside Dragons Warriors. Caleb Hammond’s hat-trick was crucial to the result, with Thomas Stages also on the mark. Alfie Herbert, Mario Stefan Pop and an own goal kept Colts interested.

Home wins went the way of Bellevue and Mynydd Isa Town, against Deeside Dragons Derwyns and Buckley Town respectively. Kai Jones (2), Ashton Taylor, Noah Wilson and Oliver Williams were amongst the scorers in Bellevue’s 7-0 success, while Zachary Vickers, Lenny Setter and Oliver Biddle made sure of Mynydd Isa’s 3-0 verdict.

Jacob Tasker, Isaac Dodd and Dylan Geoffrey York fired Mynydd Isa United to a 3-0 win over AFC Flint Juniors and Saltney Town secured a 5-2 victory against Kinnerton Oaks. Zavier Lloyd netted twice for Kinnerton, with Jayden Collister (2), Archie Cheshire (2) and Lennon Williams winning it for the hosts.

Harvey Edwards, Alex Benson, Joshua Clementson, Charles Twigg and Casper Roberts made sure of Halkyn United’s 5-3 triumph at Broughton United Super Saints and Max Cooper grabbed a hat-trick as Mold Alex defeated Hawarden 5-1. George Tarran and Gethin Griffiths scored the others, with Charlie Gregory replying.

Gethin Owens (3), Osian Manfredi, Max Welsh and Elliott Mackie made sure of Holywell Town’s 6-2 verdict at Mold Alex Athletic. Mckenzie Keegan netted twice for Mold.
