THE Cymru North campaign kicks off tonight and it promises to be another thrilling season in Welsh football’s second tier.
Holywell Town - last season’s champions - will again be the team to beat but Airbus and Colwyn Bay will also be in the title hunt.
New boys Flint Mountain, promoted as Ardal North West League champions, are also aiming to impress at the right end of the table.
They kick off at home to Ruthin Town tonight with boss Aden Shannon saying: “We want to challenge for a top six place bit we know there are a lot of good teams in this league.
“Holywell are champions and will be up there again; Airbus will be difficult to beat; Colwyn Bay will be strong with Michael Wilde going there while Buckley - with Asa Hamilton in charge - and Mold Alex are also good teams.”
Holywell boss Johnny Haseldin said: “The league is the priority for everybody.
“If we want to try and be better than we were last year, we had the best defence and the most points, so we’ve got to match that again this year.
“That’s the benchmark of what we can try and achieve.”
