CARL FORSTER believes North Wales Crusaders will triumph in the bulk of their matches if completion rates are high.

Forster is looking to lead his side into the League One play-offs once more this season, after Cru enjoyed a stunning run in the post-season last time out to reach the grand final.

Following on from a 32-18 loss to Midlands Hurricanes in their last run out, Crusaders currently find themselves in sixth position.

Forster told CruCast: "If we hit 80 per cent we win the game, because, in my opinion, we've got better players. We're a better team.

"So, if we can keep the ball and have so many 'x' amount of sets, we'll score so many points and then we back ourselves to defend.

"Now, at Oldham, we had... (an) 83 per cent and 87 per cent completion rate in both halves and, obviously, we got beat by one point.

"But, you've got to put your hands up and say Oldham are a quality outfit.

"(Against Workington) we were 63 and 52."
