SEVEN Wrexham Women’s team players will be heading to America after the Wrexham Red Dragons’ squad was announced for the TST 2024 tournament at the Wakemed Soccer Park from June 5-10.
Wrexham will be one of the eight teams while the men’s team also return to North Carolina in the expanded 48-team men’s bracket.
TST 2024 takes place at Wakemed Soccer Park from June 5-10.
Manager Steve Dale will also be heading out next month along with top goalscorer Rosie Hughes.
The striker will head to the tournament having led Wrexham’s scoring charts again this season. She has 18 in 2023/24 and has now hit more than 100 across her three seasons with the Reds.
Former Wales youth international Lili Jones – an ever-present this season - will also team up with goalkeeper Del Morgan, first-team captain Keren Allen. full-back Phoebe Davies, winger Carra Jones and striker Ava Suckley
Making up the team are former England international Carly Telford, American midfielder Nicole Baxter, Puerto Rico captain Nickolette Driesse, Bridget Callahan, Danica Evans, Canadian international forward Lindsay Agnew, Sabrina Flores and Dominican Republic international Brianne Reed.
