Rhydymwyn head to Plas Madoc on the back of a 4-1 Group H win at Yr Wyddgrug on Wednesday - their fourth victory on the trot.
Nathan Williams, Marc Gunther, Connor Davies and Dan Jones got the goals. Gethin Thomas scored the hosts’ consolation.
The top tie is in Group B where Premier Division title-chasers Corwen head to Caerwys.
Ruabon Rovers play their first game in the competition at Group C leaders Castell Alun and Penyffordd Lions also make their Group G bow at Brymbo.
Aston Park Rangers will go top of Group E if they win at Coedpoeth United.
