GRESFORD ATHLETIC are looking to finish off a testing month in positive fashion.

Eddie Maurice-Jones’ charges haven’t tasted victory yet in November and they will be aiming to change this during tomorrow’s home Cymru North meeting with Caersws.

Gresford go into the match following a 5-1 loss at the hands of Mold Alex last time out.

“We weren’t at our usual selves, but take nothing away from Mold. They were good,” admitted Maurice-Jones.

“Normally we’re really good in our pressure to win the ball back.”

Looking ahead, Maurice-Jones added: “It makes the next run of fixtures more important to get back into that winning run.

“Winning becomes a habit.

“We won’t dwell on it. The long-term aim’s not changed.”

Charley Edge was sent off against Mold and he’s now set to serve a three-match suspension.

It’s a good opportunity for him to get back to full fitness, though, after suffering from an ankle injury.

“He gets that rest and hopefully he’s back for the Airbus games,” added Maurice-Jones.

There’s one match-up in the Cymru Premier League tomorrow.

Steve Evans’ Colwyn Bay, who have won their last two matches, will play host to Penybont in a key encounter.
