WHILE Deeside Dragons’ great run of form has come to an end, the returning of a key figure has been a positive development.
Injured during the early portion of the campaign, captain James Parsons made his welcome return to action in Sunday’s 9-3 defeat at Blackburn Hawks.
This marked the end of Deeside’s eight-match winning run and assistant head coach Matt Compton said: “James Parsons played... it was his first game back and he did really, really well.
“Jakub (Hajek) is impressing a lot as well.”
