DEESIDE DRAGONS have bolstered their squad for the push towards NIHL Division One North glory.
The club has added Czech forward Jakub Hajek to its roster for the current season.
Head coach Mike Clancy told the club’s website: “We are delighted to announce that Jakob Hajek will be joining the Aspray Chester Deeside Dragons for the remainder of the 23/24 season. Jakob has skated with us over a number of weeks and is a player I’ve worked with previously.
“He will add even further depth into the Dragons game day roster, he’s a great character, works tirelessly on and off the puck and is sure to become a fans’ favourite.”
On Sunday, Dragons beat Hull Jets 4-1 where Jared Dickinson (pictured) scored the opening goal.
