NORTH WALES CRUSADERS will be working hard to retain the services of their play-off heroes.
Despite being the lowest ranked of the clubs to reach the end-of-season League 1 play-offs, Carl Forster’s side brilliantly made it through to the grand final, where they lost out 18-6 to hosts Doncaster.
Player-coach Forster expects other League 1 clubs to be interested in Cru players during the off-season, however he is obviously keen to retain their services.
He told the club’s website: “Obviously, our lads are easy pickings, let’s be really honest.
“Clubs around us will, after the success we’ve had, try and get them and we’ll do our best to keep them.
“But whether it’s another rebuild, we don’t know that.”
