WREXHAM AFC are the most entertaining team in the English Football League following their return to League Two.

The Reds ended a 15-year spell in the National League in April following a record-breaking title campaign.

Their return to League Two was highly anticipated and they certainly haven't disappointed after four games.

No team in the Premier League or Football League can better Wrexham’s 13-goal return in the four games so far but on the flip side the Reds have officially got the worst defence of all 92 teams, having shipped 13 goals.

Phil Parkinson's side were made clear favourites for the title before a ball was kicked, but find themselves in 15th place after their first two weeks back in the EFL.

The Reds have won one, lost one and drawn two, but have picked up those results in dramatic fashion.

On Saturday they rescued a point from what looked like a certain defeat as they came from 4-1 down to draw 5-5 with Swindon Town at The STóK Cae Ras.

While fans are certainly getting their money's worth, are the entertaining and high-scoring games pleasing Parkinson and the fans?

Following Saturday's game, the Reds boss said: "I don't want to be too down, we have witnessed another incredible game here which people will be talking about for a long time but that first half, when crosses came in from the right-hand side, that it not what we are about.

"We have got to do better. Everyone can have a good look at themselves over the weekend and we come back in on Monday morning to go again."

Wrexham fans have also had their say on the thrilling start:

@Racecourserambl said: "Whilst we all enjoy the drama and entertainment, conceding like we are is unsustainable and we need some swift training ground work to stiffen up our midfield and defence. I feel a settled side will also help."

@JoeWAFC2 said: "It's promising signs even if it doesn't seem so right now. We create and convert lots of chances each game and a lot of the goals we concede are from silly individual errors. When we get players back from injury and shake off the rust we'll be laughing."

Dan Brown said: "Conceding 12 of those 13 goals at home is just not acceptable. We desperately need to sort that out quickly."

@TezReds99 said: "The defence must be the main priority and that includes utilising a proper defensive midfielder. That may be Like Young or a new signing. Big decisions for Phil to make but I'm sure he'll sort it out."
