ELEVEN players have been released by Wrexham.
Ryan Austin, Kai Calderbank-Park, Malik Dijksteel, Reece Hall-Johnson, Jake Hyde, Harry Lennon, Rory Watson, Tom Jenkins, Dan Jones, Louis Lloyd and Will Mountfield have not been offered new deals by Reds' boss Phil Parkinson.
An offer of a new contract will be made to Liam McAlinden and discussions will take place with Ben Foster to establish if he intends to continue playing or return to retirement.
Lennon has confirmed that he intends to retire from playing due to injuries he has suffered.
The club, who clinched the National League title last month, will exercise the option to extend the contracts of Scott Butler and Aaron James while Mark Howard, Anthony Forde and Paul Mullin have had their contracts extended by a further season following Wrexham's promotion back to the Football League following a 15-year absence.
A decision as to whether Kai Evans will be offered a new deal will be deferred until he is fit to return to training, while Owen Cushion has been offered his first professional deal.
