DAN Moore has just three more matches remaining in the Buckley Town hotseat.
Moore has made the decision to step down from the managerial role after six years in charge and he will be aiming for a positive end to his reign, beginning with today’s home match with Prestatyn Town.
Both sides could still end the campaign in the top-five, so it’s a crucial encounter at The Globe.
Looking ahead, Moore will take up the role of head of youth football as he looks to support the club's junior and youth sections on their journey to senior football.
As for his replacement for next season, club chairman Chris Edwards said: “The search for Dan’s replacement has already started and we will make further announcements in due course.”
Gresford Athletic, who have made sure of their Cymru North safety, are on a decent run of form heading into the closing stages of the season.
Unbeaten in their last three matches, Gresford have a trio of home matches left - starting with today’s encounter with Porthmadog.
Victory for Eddie Maurice-Jones’ side will put them in the top-10.
