WREXHAM beat Torquay United 6-0 at The Racecourse to extend the unbeaten run to seven games and stay second in the National League.
Jordan Davies, Paul Mullin and Ollie Palmer were on target as Phil Parkinson's side produced an excellent first half performance to put the game out of the lowly Gulls' reach.
There was more to come from Wrexham after the break as Aaron Hayden, substitute Sam Dalby and Anthony Forde netted to secure a well deserved three points.
Wrexham, who had won five games in a row prior to the 0-0 draw against Southend in the last outing, got back on the victory trail and stay one point behind leaders Chesterfield.
Parkinson named the same side that started at Southend last Saturday, meaning Wrexham were unchanged for a fourth game in a row.

Luke Young delivered the set-piece which was headed home by Davies.
It was almost 2-0 when Forde cut inside from the right and saw his left foot effort from outside the area strike the post.
Parkinson was forced into a change after 23 minutes when Callum McFadzean replaced Jacob Mendy who limped off injured.
But the switch didn't affect Wrexham who doubled their advantage on the half-hour mark.
Patient build up play led to Jones' low cross turned into the net by Mullin.
Wrexham continued to go at Torquay and Mullin fed McFadzean whose shot was blocked by the legs of Halstead.
The Gulls didn't let their heads drop and Aaron Jarvis headed against the bar while Will Goodwin's follow-up went wide as Reds' goalkeeper Mark Howard went to intervene.
Wrexham were soon back on the attack and Mullin fired over from Young's corner but the Reds made it 3-0 two minutes before the break.
Mullin whipped in a cross from the right and Palmer slotted into the net with an excellent finish to complete a brilliant first half.
The Reds picked up where they left off after the interval with Mullin's effort comfortably saved by Halstead.
Scott Smith couldn't keep his shot down at the other end while Aaron Hayden also headed over the bar for Wrexham from McFadzean's cross.
Palmer was denied by Halstead as Wrexham pressed for more goals while Kieron Evans fired narrowly wide for Torquay.
But Wrexham made it 4-0 in the 72nd minute after McFadzean's drive was deflected wide of the target.
Young sent in the resulting corner and Hayden rose highest to head home.
Elliot Lee was immediately brought on for Mullin and Dalby soon took over from Palmer.
And the duo soon combined for Wrexham's fifth goal on 81 minutes.
Lee ran into the area and played in Dalby who converted from close range, opening his account for the Reds.
Wrexham weren't finished and Davies' effort struck the woodwork following a corner.
