WREXHAM found their shooting boots once again as the Reds beat Dorking Wanderers 5-0 in the first ever meeting between the sides at Meadowbank Stadium.
This was the fourth victory in a row where Wrexham scored 16 goals and the in-form Reds remain second in the National League, just one point behind leaders Chesterfield.
It was 3-0 at the break with Ollie Palmer, Jacob Mendy and an own goal putting Phil Parkinson's side well in control.
Palmer might still be claiming the third goal but he made it 4-0 early in the second half and substitute Elliot Lee also got in on the act to complete a deserved victory, and it could have been by more with a host of other chances going begging.
Parkinson made one change from the side that started Tuesday's 3-1 victory over Gateshead which made it three wins in a row.
It was in the left wing-back position where Mendy came back into the team in place of Callum McFadzean.
Wrexham had a couple of early attempts on goal.
Max Cleworth ventured forward and laid off to Paul Mullin who fired wide while Anthony Forde progressed into the area and saw his effort blocked by a defender.
There was an even better chance for Wrexham when right wing-back Forde delivered a teasing cross and an unmarked Palmer headed narrowly wide.
Dorking were well organised and seeing their share of the ball but Wrexham took the lead in the 20th minute.
Mendy floated a cross in from the left and Palmer headed past keeper Slavomir Huk from inside the six yard box.
It got even better for Wrexham who went 2-0 up four minutes later.
Palmer's shot from just outside the area was blocked by Dan Gallagher but Mendy let fly and his rocket gave Huk no chance.
Dorking had a sight of goal when they were awarded a free-kick which was taken by Jack Jebb but Reds' keeper Mark Howard was equal to the task.
Wrexham were back on the attack and Mullin played in Mendy whose shot was turned behind by Huk.
However, the Reds scored a third goal after 35 minutes.
Ben Tozer's throw-in was flicked on by Aaron Hayden and Palmer turned the ball home but his effort cannoned off Luke Moore into the net.
There as no let-up from Wrexham and James Jones' long range shot was saved by Huk with the last opportunity of the first half.
However, Wrexham made it 4-0 four minutes after the restart.
Mullin laid off to Jordan Davies whose low shot across goal was converted by Palmer from close range.
Eager for a a goal himself, Mullin nutmegged a defender and got a shot away from a tight angle that was parried by Huk and Forde failed to hit the target with a free-kick.
Wrexham continued to press and Palmer attempted to chip Huk from just inside the Dorking half but the goalkeeper saved his long range effort while Davies saw a header caught by the stopper after getting on the end of substitute Lee's cross.
Cleworth only just cleared the bar with a header but Wrexham bagged a fifth goal in the 76th minute.
Davies sent in a brilliant ball across goal and Lee smashed the ball into the roof of the net from close range.
Dorking, who had made all their permitted substitutions, finished the game with 10 men after Alfie Rutherford was stretchered off having landed awkwardly.
Wrexham keeper Mark Howard was forced into a rare save from Ryan Seager before Lee only just cleared the bar at the other end.
Seager also headed straight at Howard as Dorking finished strongly before Lee was denied by the legs of Huk and it finished 5-0.
