HOLLYWOOD came to Maidenhead as Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds tonight made a surprise visit to see Wrexham in action for the first time.
Rumours have been rife that the Hollywood stars, who completed their high profile takeover of the club in February, would make their first appearance at The Racecourse on Saturday for the Reds' home match against Torquay United.
But just before the National League game against Maidenhead kicked-off at York Road, Deadpool star Reynolds and McElhenney, famous for his role as Ron in 'It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia', suddenly appeared and took their place in the main stand.
There was a sense of shock and excitement around the ground, especially among the sizeable away following when Wrexham supporters saw the duo being escorted to their seats along with minders and club officials whilst being filmed.
