CHELSEA v TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR
NICK HARRISON: One thing’s certain and Chelsea won’t have the worst referee in the Premier League officiating this one like they had to endure on Monday. Mourinho will go for a point and get it. 1-1
TOM NORRIS: Jose might have to park the bus without the attacking talents of Kane and Son for the foreseeable future. Mourinho will relish coming up with a plan to derail his former champion midfielder, who is starting to feel the pressure. 0-1
DAN HEALD: Chelsea were unlucky against United and could’ve taken at least a point. If Abraham returns, he could be the difference against a Spurs side lacking an attacking focal point. 2-1
BURNLEY v BOURNEMOUTH
NH: Burnley battled through Storm Dennis and win at Southampton and another south coast club could come a cropper at a wet and windy Turf Moor. 2-1
TN: Two teams that can seemingly produce a result from nowhere when they really need to. This is a bigger game for Howe’s Cherries who are hovering above the drop zone, but Dyche’s hosts will have upper-hand. 2-0
DH: Dyche’s side may lack flair but they’ve become shrewd operators and their pragmatism will comfortably keep them up again. Bournemouth will have to be on their mettle to grind out a point. 1-1
CRYSTAL PALACE v NEWCASTLE UNITED
NH: Benteke v Joelinton. The battle of the goalscoring lightweights. Wonder what odds you would get for both to score at Selhurst Park? Don’t bother looking. 0-0
TN: Don’t expect there to be many goals in this one. Palace have scored the fewest in the top-flight, while only the bottom two - Norwich and Watford - can compete with Newcastle’s 24 goals. 0-1
DH: Not a fixture that screams ‘entertainment value.’ Awful at Arsenal last week, this could be another long journey home from the capital for Newcastle. 1-0
SHEFFIELD UNITED v BRIGHTON
NH: Champions League football is well within reach for Sheffield United with McBurnie and Fleck on the mark in a comfortable home win. 2-0
TN: Many would have expected this to be a relegation ‘six-pointer’ before a ball was kicked this season. But the Blades have shocked everyone with talk of a Champions League spot in the air. Another home win only helps that. 2-0
DH: Wilder’s side have proved that ridiculous spending and vast resources are not pre-requisites for sustainable top-flight success. Playing with the same intensity as they were in August, the Blades will be disciplined in victory. 2-0
SOUTHAMPTON v ASTON VILLA
NH: Ings will be licking his lips at the prospect of playing against Villa’s dodgy defence while the visitors will again have to rely on Grealish to get anything. 2-1
TN: The worst home record in the division versus the second worst away record. It doesn’t sound like it should be entertaining, but expect goals with both teams lively in attack and less than sure at the back. 2-2
DH: It’s difficult to defend Villa’s defending. It’s been appalling at times this season and has brought John Terry’s role as coach into sharp relief. Can Mings stop Ings? This could be a case of must-win, won’t-win for Dean Smith’s men. 2-2
LEICESTER CITY v MANCHESTER CITY
NH: It’s the runners-up Cup Final. Whoever wins this can stake a claim for finishing second best. Guardiola will have his mind on the Champions League so Leicester could take advantage. 2-1
TN: Pep might have one eye on the Champions League clash with Real Madrid with a cushion to fourth placed Chelsea. But Guardiola will surely want his side to go into that tie on a high and the Foxes might find it tough. 1-2
DH: Recent off-field events could have galvanised City, but their Champions League commitments may hand the initiative to the Foxes. Maddison and Sterling both on target in a lively draw. 2-2
MANCHESTER UNITED v WATFORD
NH: They looked good at Chelsea but which United team will turn out here? Watford are wobbling a bit with Pearson’s honeymoon officially over so it’s up to Ighalo to net against his old team. 3-1
TN: Ole seems to have the United faithful on his side - this week at least. Beating the bigger teams hasn’t really been United’s problem this season, though. Watford will fancy doing what Burnley did at Old Trafford. 1-1
DH: There will be a collective sigh from the Stretford End if United fail to build on a solid win at Chelsea. Bruno Fernandes has shown encouraging early signs and could influence proceedings here. 2-0
WOLVES v NORWICH CITY
NH: Attack needs to be the best form of defence for Norwich but they’ll find it hard at Molineux where Jimenez will be back on the scoresheet. 2-0
TN: The Canaries produced an enterprising performance against Liverpool and lost, which is pretty much the story of their season. Wolves will be eyeing up a Champions League spot and a win here only helps that. 3-1
DH: Robbed by VAR in their last outing, Wolves could be out for blood from the Canaries. There’s a lot to like about Daniel Farke’s side but their lack of resilience and poor defensive work has undermined their progress. 3-1
ARSENAL v EVERTON
NH: Arteta and Ancelotti are slowly turning things around at their respective clubs. The Gunners normally come good in the second half but I reckon Everton could be 2-0 up by then. 1-2
TN: A real mid-table battle, but a strong end to the season for either team could bring great reward. Arsenal need a win to show that they are starting to come to terms with life under Arteta. 2-2
DH: Everton are making decent strides under Ancelotti whose passion for the game remains undimmed. Arsenal have progressed too and are harder to beat, so honours even with Aubameyang and Calvert-Lewin on target. 1-1
LIVERPOOL v WEST HAM
NH: Maybe time for Klopp to start resting some of his first team regulars. They aren’t going to lose to league title and they’re not going to lose this game no matter who they put out. 3-0
TN: Manchester City and Liverpool away in the space of a few days proves life at the Hammers for Moyes won’t be easy. Liverpool seem to have been knocked out of their stride by the winter break, but there’s only one winner here. 2-0
DH: For Liverpool it’s been a stuttering return to action since the mid-winter break. Bowen looks a smart addition for the Hammers, but this ends only one way. Wijnaldum to net for the Reds. 2-0
