EVERTON v CRYSTAL PALACE

NICK HARRISON: The Mina-inspired comeback win at Watford will give Everton much-needed confidence and that should be enough to give them the edge against a struggling Palace. 2-0

TOM NORRIS: Ancelotti won’t be letting that comeback at Watford fool him into thinking it was a good Everton performance and that could spell trouble for Palace, who are having a wobble. 2-0

DAN HEALD: Palace must be a maddening team to support. As often as they match the division’s big-hitters, they can be flat and uninspiring in equal measure. Richarlison to net in a home triumph. 2-1

BRIGHTON v WATFORD

NH: The frantic finishers against the sharp starters. Watford’s wobble needs to end and the south coast could be a good place to put things right. 1-2

TN: Life under Pearson is not as rosy as it once was for the Hornets, but they have enough about them to take something from the trip to Brighton, who haven’t won since December. 2-2

DH: It speaks volumes about the standard of the weekend schedule when this is the most high-stakes game. Honours even would be the ideal outcome here for Villa fans like me. Neither side are goal-shy either so this could be entertaining fare on the Sussex coast. 2-2

SHEFFIELD UNITED v BOURNEMOUTH

NH: Wilder’s team just keep on winning and although they’ve won two on the bounce, The Cherries won’t be making it a hat-trick at Bramall Lane. 2-0

TN: The Cherries have started to turn things around, and it was much needed with Howe’s men sinking without trace. The Blades remain as sharp as ever and should pocket the points. 2-1

DH: Chris Wilder has done outstanding work and many thought they’d be in Bournemouth’s position at this stage of the season. That said, I’ll back Howe’s men to clinch an unlikely point that will bolster their survival bid. 1-1

MANCHESTER CITY v WEST HAM UNITED

NH: City need a major reshuffle and if Guardiola doesn’t bring Champions League glory to The Etihad, there may have to be even bigger changes. An easy home win over The Hammers will improve the mood. 4-1

TN: Pep’s players want him to tinker less, but that was keeping City on their toes with the league well and truly out of reach. It will be interesting to see how the Blue half of Manchester react. Moyes will be hoping the answer is poorly. 3-1

DH: Will we see heavier rotation in the league from City as their Champions League clash with Madrid draws nearer? Moyes will be mindful of keeping his relegation-threatened side’s goal difference respectable here. 3-0
