CARDIFF CITY v WATFORD
NICK HARRISON: Don’t think Watford’s Foster will be as busy as he has been of late so it could be his opposite number Etheridge who saves the day for a Cardiff side fighting for their lives. 1-1
TOM NORRIS: Cardiff probably didn’t want the FA Cup to get in the way after back-to-back wins, but the chance to rest may have done them good. Watford are dangerous. 1-2
DAN HEALD: Home form has been Cardiff’s saving grace so far, but Watford have a lot of understated quality and can nick this one. 1-2
WEST HAM v FULHAM
NH: Getting away from football for two weeks will have done the Fulham fans some good while West Ham need to put in a home performance to keep their fans happy. And surely they’ll do that! 3-1
TN: Fulham have to attack games. Mainly because their defence is dreadful, but also because victories are a must. That will play into the Hammers’ hands. 3-1
DH: Crunch time for Ranieri. His side’s need for points is greater than the Hammers. Could be a lively affair. Goals aplenty, honours even. 2-2
BURNLEY v TOTTENHAM
NH: A chance for Spurs to creep up on the leaders but it won’t be easy at Burnley, who have got a bit of steel back. Son and Eriksen should sink The Clarets. 1-2
TN: The break will have done Spurs good. Son needed a rest with the weight of expectation on his shoulders due to Kane’s injury. Burnley are a tough nut to crack, but Spurs have enough talent. 0-2
DH: Son’s been a revelation this season, transitioning from peripheral midfielder to match-winner. Back the Korean to inspire an away win here. 0-2
BOURNEMOUTH v WOLVES
NH: Could be an end-to-end thriller between two teams who are pleasing on the eye but pretty poor at the back. Jimenez to score again. 2-2
TN: Wolves aren’t always at their best against teams outside the top 10, so Bournemouth will head into this encounter with extra encouragement. Should be entertaining with the visitors just edging it. 1-2
DH: An intriguing match-up between two attack-minded sides. Eddie Howe’s men are due a win and home advantage could prove decisive here. 2-1
NEWCASTLE v HUDDERSFIELD
NH: Hope Benitez lets loose Newcastle newboy Almiron to inspire the St James’ Park supporters. If he does, The Terriers will be left chasing the game. 3-0
TN: An absolute must-win for Rafa’s men. Huddersfield are down and out, so a home clash with them has to yield three points. Rondon to lead the way for the Toon Army. 2-0
DH: Huddersfield are playing for pride alone, which may afford them a little more freedom. But the Terriers won’t find a tactically astute Benitez in a charitable mood. 3-1
LEICESTER CITY v CRYSTAL PALACE
NH: Palace play better on the road so it will down to Maguire and Evans to rough up Zaha and Townsend. If the Foxes do that, there’s every chance of Vardy snatching one at the other end. 2-1
TN: Leicester’s current run of form doesn’t make pretty reading and, if rumours are to be believed, a failure to pocket three points could see Puel on his way out. Old Roy won’t relish that scenario, but business is business. 1-1
DH: Palace have underachieved this season, primarily due to their lack of goal threat. Puel has failed to convince the Foxes faithful, but his side could nick this one. 1-0
ARSENAL v SOUTHAMPTON
NH: The Saints should head to North London with absolutely nothing to fear. Emery’s over-rated Arsenal need a performance to wow and woe their fans but I’m not sure whether they will. 2-1
TN: The Ozil sideshow is becoming an unwelcome distraction for the Gunners, who would rather be focusing on revenge for defeat at St Mary’s. Aubameyang and Lacazette have more than enough to win it for the hosts. 2-1
DH: The Gunners have hardly had a tangible upturn since Emery’s arrival. They’ve improved but still have the same frailties at the back and will have to work hard to beat draw specialists Southampton. 2-1
MANCHESTER UNITED LIVERPOOL
NH: A week ago, Liverpool would have been licking their lips but after Monday’s show at Chelsea, United’s first class display had it all. Should be a real cracker and the highlight of what promises to be a wonderful sporting weekend. 3-2
TN: Is this more important than the League Cup final? You’ve got to say so. Solskjaer’s rejuvenated United will be doing everything they can to ruin Liverpool’s title bid. Martial and Lingard’s absence might have an impact. 2-2
DH: A huge test of Liverpool’s resolve. These games are hostile enough already without the added sub-plot that United can derail their arch-rivals’ title aspirations. Pogba and Mane to net in a tight affair. 1-1
SCORES SO FAR: Dan Heald 198; Nick Harrison 174; Tom Norris 165
