AN APPEAL has been launched after a motorist was assaulted.
North Wales Police have said that just before 6.27pm on Wednesday the driver of a Renault Kangoo van was allegedly trying to undertake a car driven by a middle-aged victim on the A483, flashing lights and driving aggressively.
A police spokesman said: "When the vehicles pulled over at the Coedpoeth slip road and the victim tried to complain about the manner of driving, a passenger got out of the Renault and assaulted the victim, hitting him several times across the head."
