POLICE are urging motorists to avoid a main Flintshire road this morning (Monday, November 25) following a crash.
North Wales Police has said the incident has happened on the A550 at Penyffordd.
The incident has sparked heavy congestion in the area and police are urging people to avoid the area.
A spokesperson said: "Due to a road traffic collision on the A550 Wrexham Road in Penyffordd, there is heavy traffic congestion.
"Please avoid the area whilst we await recovery to attend, thank you."
As of 9.30am, police haven't updated on the incident but Google's live traffic maps show the road is now clear following the earlier incident.
