FLOOD alerts remain in place in Flintshire and Wrexham today (Monday, November 25) following Storm Bert.
Heavy rainfall throughout Saturday and during the early hours last night has left river levels in the Dee and Alyn high.
The storm brought heavy flooding to some areas, with a farm in the Ceiriog Valley suffering heavy damage due to a landslide.
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) issued flood alerts at the weekend for River Dee communities from Llangollen to Trevalyn Meadows, the River Dee at Bangor-on-Dee, the River Alyn at Pontblyddyn, River Alyn at Mold, Lower Dee catchment, Upper Dee catchment and the River Alyn at Rossett.
According to NRW's website, the water level at River Dee at Bangor-on-Dee remains high - at 15.8 metres.
However, the forecast for today is for sunny intervals - with just a 30 per cent of rain this evening.
And the outlook for the week is good - with bright, sunny days followed by chilly nights forecast.
