MINI DRIVERS will help deliver a big dose of Christmas cheer next month.
On Friday, December 20, a group from North Wales Mini will be leaving Flintshire for Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool.
Setting off from Billy Jeans Café just off the A55 at about 10am, the cars and drivers - dressed up for the festive season - will deliver gifts and donations for children who will be stuck in hospital over the Christmas period.

The club members' cars range from vintage examples, which first took to the road in 1959, to the latest BMW version of the Mini, with members being based all over North Wales and the North West of England.
The North Wales Mini group has been going for about eight years and is very active, holding monthly meets and drives across North Wales and the surrounding areas.

The Minis will meet at Billy Jeans Café, near Holywell, then set off via Flint and Deeside, before heading over to the Wirral and into Liverpool. There will be a planned route published for anyone who wishes to see the cars go by, all dressed up and spreading some festive spirit along the way.
Organiser Matthew Travis said they would be keeping an eye on the weather ahead of the big day.
Anyone wishing to donate a gift can join the North Wales Mini Facebook group and arrange for a collection from a member or group admin. Or you can donate via the JustGiving page at: tinyurl.com/5emn7ub5
