FUNDING has allowed for new outdoor gym equipment and more to be introduced at a park in a Flintshire town.
At the beginning of this month, three Holywell Town Council projects were completed.
The projects included the outdoor gym, the trim trail and new additions to the skate park all based at Fron Park.
These were identified as key projects in the five year Holywell Town Council business plan implemented in 2022.
The projects received £22,685 from the UK Government through the UK shared prosperity fund to ensure they went ahead.

Holywell Mayor Linda Corbett said: "We've now got an outdoor gym, a trim trail and we've got new pieces to the skate park too.
"This is just one of many projects we have coming up."
Holywell Town Council added that it was 'fantastic to see the equipment already being used' by residents.
