The company has been founded by industry expert, Jordan Williams who is the current CEO of the already successful 24-7 Recruitment.
Mr Williams and the team is aiming to bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by schools when hiring staff who can inspire and support students.
He said: "TeachMatch offers comprehensive recruitment services, from sourcing permanent teachers to placing temporary and specialist staff, ensuring schools have access to top-tier talent when and where it’s needed."
The new recruitment agency will soon be based in Wrexham Industrial estate and serve the wider surrounding counties at first before looking to expand reach to the whole UK.
