A TOWN centre road in Flintshire has been closed due to an "unsafe" building.
Clayton Road in Mold has been made the subject of an emergency closure by Flintshire Council.
The closure is to facilitate the placing of scaffolding on a "structurally unsafe" building.
A notice on Flintshire Council's website states: "Clayton Road - between its junctions with Bryn Garmon and B5444 Upper High Street closed for an approximate distance of 30 metres.

"The reason for the closure is to facilitate scaffolding supporting a structurally unsafe building with associated works for Quantum Traffic Management."
The road is likely to remain closed for at least 21 days - with a signed diversion route in place.
There is also no pedestrian access through the closed section throughout the period of the closure.
