NORTH WALES POLICE (NWP) have revealed what pieces of equipment their officers carry with them when responding to calls.
That comes with NWP getting many requests from members of the public asking them what they carry on them in person and in their kit.
In a social media post, NWP has revealed what items they will often take with them when out on a job - and it's more than most of us may think.
The anonymous officer posting the pictures said: "We're asked a lot about what we carry on our person and in our kit. So while I had five minutes spare I deconstructed my kit for you to nosy at (my stab vest, is definitely going in the wash when I'm next on rest days! I've not had much time off recently to get it washed and dried)."

They added: I've been a police officer for 4-and-a-half years, and I've been front line that entire time, so I carry the kit that suits me through my day, and this might differ for other officers.
"In my duty bag - ALL the ticket books - stop search, traffic tickets, vehicle seizures and community resolutions. These paper versions are slowly being phased out in favour of the duty phone.
"Work Mobile (with charger and spare battery) - integral kit now that we have so many of our programmes available. Laptop (with charger) - absolutely integral kit.
"Tourniquet - a spare to what I carry on my kit. Leaflets - as a neighbourhoods officer I do a lot of community engagement and hand out all sorts of information leaflets.
"1 MOE Glove - I should have two method of entry gloves, I carry these on my personal kit because I'm spontaneously dispatched to MOE jobs (Method of entry, the big red key)."
"On / In my vest - the stab vest itself - this is a new generation of vest being rolled out nationwide, this takes time but most officers in FN now have this vest.
"Taser/CED - slots into the holster. This is the X2, we'll be moving to the next generation at some point.
"Radio - self explanatory! I choose to use an earpiece because that suits me. Rigid Cuffs - with the black handle.
"Plasti Cuffs - For small hands or when you've got more prisoners than cuffs. Baton, duty belt with leg restraints - for the feisty ones.
"Small evidence bags, PAVA spray and body worn video - I have a sticker on the screen, which you may see on other officers, this doesn't cover the camera lens just the screen. Because I find people just look at themselves in it instead of speaking to me!
"Tourniquet. Handcuff key and car fob."
They concluded by saying: "Vest set ups are pretty individual, there's set standards regarding the Taser but other than that it's personal preference. I do a lot of stop searching, so my kit reflects that with small bags and multiple cuffs."
