WREXHAM came together last night (Saturday, November 16) as the city switched on its Christmas lights at a special event at Eagles Meadow.
Hundreds attended the event which featured live music and dance from 4pm to 7pm when the city was illuminated with festive lights and decorations.
Presenter Oli from Heart Radio North Wales hosted as there were performances from Rebecca Royal, Urban Fusion Street Dance, Dene Michael (Black Lace), Ben Ofoedu (Phats & Small), Kevin Davy White, Passmore and Lois.
The crowds were also joined by the Nightingale House Hospice Lantern Parade, which featured a band, stilt walkers and even Santa Claus.
