A DISPERSAL order is set to be in place across areas of Wrexham this weekend following "numerous complaints" about ASB.
North Wales Police's Wrexham Rural team confirmed that the order will be in place across the Ponciau, Rhos and Johnstown area of the county this weekend.
An increased police presence will be in the area following ASB by young people, labelled "not acceptable" by the force.
Police say they have received numerous complaints from residents and businesses and have asked parents to be aware of where their children are.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "There will be a dispersal order in place this weekend in the Ponciau, Rhos and Johnstown area.
"This is due to anti-social behaviour by young people within the area.
"We have had numerous complaints from members of the public and businesses. The behaviour is not acceptable.

"As a result Inspector Ifans has authorised the dispersal order which gives officers and PCSOs the power to direct any persons to leave the locality and not to return. The power is under Section 34 of the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014.
"Parents we urge you to discuss this with your children, ensure you know where they are and what they are up to.
"You will see an increased police presence in the area."
