AN OSWESTRY man has pleaded guilty to two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of children.
Christopher Deakin, of Henley Close, appeared before Mold Crown Court for a Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing on Friday, November 15.
The 55-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 13.

Ann Pope, prosecuting, said that the first count took place on June 10 in Wrexham, in the presence of two children.
The second count took place in Flintshire on October 9, again in the presence of two children.
Judge Rhys Rowlands ordered for a pre-sentence report to be made before the next hearing.
Deakin is scheduled to re-appear before the court on Monday, December 23.
