A WREXHAM man has become a TikTok sensation for his ability to make people laugh and his inability to say no to even the craziest of challenges.
During his three years on the social media platform to date, Dean Alex has gathered over 397,000 followers.
And his challenges - set out for him by people in the comments section of his videos - have seen him rack up eight million likes.
Most of them involve Dean attempting to stomach some of the world's most bizarre delicacies including a tarantula, a scorpion, a pig snout and even a goat's head.
But some also involve him exploring and adventuring the likes of Wrexham's 'hidden tunnels'.
There is, seemingly at least, not a challenge TikTok comedian Dean won't turn down to make his viewers and followers laugh.
But, which one has been his worst so far? The Leader caught up with him this week to find out.
Dean, known for his 'do you not know who I am kid?" catchphrase, told us: "The toughest challenge I’ve tackled so far is when I had to eat Surströmming - a fermented fish from Sweden."
He added: "I created my TikTok account about three years ago, but over that time, I’ve taken several breaks from the app.
"What I enjoy most about my account is having fun creating videos and exploring unique foods and delicacies from around the world—even if some of them make me a little sick!"
And, such is the popularity of Dean's account now, that he is also being recognised far beyond his hometown of Wrexham.
He said: "I often get recognised in public. Just last week, when I had taken a trip to Amsterdam, several people came up to say hello and told me how much they love my videos."
Asked about what's next for his account - @Deanalex7 - he added: "I know that eventually, I’ll run out of new foods to try, so I’ve started traveling the world to immerse myself in different cultures and meet new people.

"I’ve already begun sharing my adventures through vlogs on my YouTube channel (Deanalex7), with trips to Thailand, Magaluf, and Amsterdam. I’m hoping to explore even more countries next year!"
But, as well as his devoted followers, what else does Dean attribute his success to?
Well, that would be his very understanding partner Sasha, who has herself been in many of his videos.
Dean added: "Behind every great man is a great woman, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without my fiancée and her support.
"She’s always there to help with anything I ask and is incredibly understanding through it all."
