READERS from Flintshire and Wrexham have been getting in touch with us this week to give us their 20mph views.
That comes as the local councils reveal what the next steps are for the controversial speed limit in both counties.
The controversial speed limit was officially introduced in Wales last September and saw the majority of residential roads changed from 30mph to 20mph.
Since then, it has been a consistent topic of national debate both out on the streets and in the Senedd.
September 17 marked the first anniversary of the speed limit being rolled out across the country.
It has led to a protest petition signed by hundreds of thousands of people which smashed Senedd records, but there is also data suggesting it is working to improve road safety in Wales.
Both Flintshire and Wrexham councils are currently reviewing the 20mph speed limit roads in their respective counties.
With that in mind, here's what residents living in both areas think of the change and what should happen next.
Glen Lloyd told us: "Please get it back to ‘normal’ as easy as it was to make this ridiculous alteration in the first place. Outside schools and surgeries and hospitals yes but it causes a lot of problems in areas where there is hardly a building to be seen other than behind a huge high hedge. i.e Wrexham towards Mold Road."
David Reid, from Mold, said: "Why is a listening phase needed after the event? Isn’t it better to listen before and get it right first time?"

Referring to data shared by Wrexham Council, Malcolm Parry, from Wrexham, said: "Only 27 out of 440 responses want the 20mph to stay in it's entirety, surely as clear cut as it can be."
Paula Duffy said: "Just get on with reversing them back and stop wasting time and our money on it. It’s not rocket science, it’s common sense."
Gerald Davison added: "Keep default 20MPH limit in all built up areas. Review selected roads to apply other limits as appropriate."
