TWO Wrexham establishments are celebrating being named in the 2024 Good Food Awards.
The Dog and Pickle, Lavister and to^st (toast) cafe and deli, on Charles Street in Wrexham, have both been recognised with Blue Ribbons at this year's awards.
Blue Ribbon honours are awarded to establishments that showed “exceptional food quality, service, and value”.
A spokesperson for to^st (toast) cafe and deli said: "We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised with this award for the second year running. We receive excellent feedback from our customers about our food, but to get this independent recognition is brilliant and is helping to put Wrexham firmly on the map as a foodie destination.
"This award is not for any one person, but the team as a whole including our kitchen staff, front of house staff and our suppliers who supply us with the fantastic quality local produce that are the basis of our dishes. We would like to thank all our customers for voting for us again."
Steve Lewis, who co-runs the Dog and Pickle, said: "We are really happy to have won an award and we’re so so grateful to everyone who voted for us. We are so proud of our team at The Dog and Pickle, and we hope to continue the good food standard going forward, both at the pub and also in our new restaurantMORE NEWS:

"We've built up a reputation for shining a spotlight on delicious dishes and unearthing culinary gems."
