A POPULAR family-friendly pub in Flintshire has dropped a teaser on social media involving a famous farm owner...

The Pen-Y-Bont Farm Pub in Mold, has shared an exciting update hinting a collaboration with Diddly Squat Farm founder Jeremy Clarkson.

The post reads: "Something BIG is brewing.

"We’re gearing up to welcome a legendary new addition! Can’t say too much, but it’s bold, it’s British, and it’s from a name you all know.

"You’ll want to grab your mates, save the date, and get ready to raise a glass soon. Any guesses? Drop them below, and stay tuned for the grand pour!"

The Top Gear presenter opened Diddly Squat Farm, Chadlington, back in 2020, and has been visited by fans from across the world. His impressive gift shop stocks a variety of food and drink products, all sourced from ingredients found at his farm.

A television series documenting Clarkson's highs and lows at the farm has also been a raging success, and has picked up several awards including The Reith, Flying the Flag for British Agriculture and a National Television Award.
