A FLINTSHIRE pub is serving veterans free lunch to mark Remembrance Sunday.
The Mill Tavern, in Flint, is putting on free Sunday lunch on November 10 for veterans in commemoration of those who fought for our freedom.
Kelly Williams, who runs the pub, said: "We are doing it to honour and pay tribute to those in our community who selflessly served our country protecting our freedom and values.
"I think it's important we remember the sacrifices these great men and women did for us. This is just our way of giving a little thank you back to them."
The pub will be serving food from 12pm on Sunday and it will be available until 4pm.
