Wrexham Council is planning to ban waiting at various parking spots across the borough.
The proposed changes are set to affect specific areas in Rhostyllen, Wrexham, Froncysyllte, Ponciau, Bangor-on-Dee, Trevor, and Rossett.
The council has listed exact locations for these parking restrictions, including sections of Spring Road, Church Street, and Trinity Street in Rhostyllen, Windsor Drive, Gloucester Drive, and Belvedere Road in Wrexham, and Gate Road in Froncysyllte.
Also in Wrexham, Balmoral Road and East Avenue will be impacted.
In Ponciau, both sides of Clarke Street, Aberderfyn Road, and Chapel Street will see no waiting zones.
Station Road in Bangor-on-Dee, Crathie Place, Osborne Road, Clarence Road, Balmoral Road, East Avenue, Osborne Close, and New Road in Wrexham will also be affected.
Trevor's George Avenue, Heol Penderyst, and sections of Chester Road and Holt Road in Rossett are also included in the proposed order.
The council has also outlined a specific waiting restriction for the A539 Llangollen Road in Trevor, where waiting will not be permitted from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
The proposed changes are set to be made under the Wrexham County Borough Council (Various Roads, Composite) (Traffic Regulation) Order (No.4) 2024.
The council has stated that this new order will vary or revoke any previous orders that relate to the lengths of roads described in the notice's schedules.
