THE cheapest and most expensive areas to buy a house in Flintshire have been revealed.
A new report has ranked neighbourhoods in Flintshire based on their average house prices as well as their total house sales.
Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels have created their Property Report, which helped rank various wards within Flintshire town's based on their average house prices, year ending March 2024.
They used property data from the Office for National Statistics, which looked at the median house prices for areas in Flintshire.

The top five areas with the cheapest property prices in Flintshire are:
- Shotton and Garden City - £143,000
- Connah's Quay North - £148,150
- Holywell and Bagillt - £155,000
- Flint North East - £158,500
- Gronant, Ffynnongroyw and Trelawnyd - £162,000
The top five areas in Flintshire with the highest property prices:
- Penyffordd and Higher Kinnerton - £265,000
- Ewloe and Hawarden - £253,500
- Buckley North, Northop and Sychdyn - £250,000
- Caerwys, Halkyn and Nannerch - £250,000
- Connah's Quay South and Northop Hall - £223,000
