HERE'S what the newly refurbished Aldi store in Llay looks like, following it's brief closure earlier this week.

The store in Wrexham closed its doors on Monday to allow for a 'transformation' as part of Aldi’s £600m investment into further improving its stores and services across the UK.

It re-opened to customers yesterday (Tuesday, November 5).

The new-look store offers updated signage, as well as increased chiller space - complete with new fridge doors to reduce energy consumption - and re-designed 'Health and Beauty' and 'Bakery' sections for a modernised look.

Llay customers can also take a walk down the ‘Aisle of Aldi’, where they will find legendary Specialbuys which are available every Thursday and Sunday.
